The Borderline Big Band started life in 2002 as the 'Green Trees Jazz Band', with 6 members. Dan started the band while studying at Toot Hill School, Bingham, and the band has since grown in size and repertoire, performing at many venues, and even changing name along the way..
The current line-up consists of 9 players, many of whom play multiple instruments making for a unique and versatile band sound. The repertoire consists of big band swing, blues, traditional jazz, funk and much more, and the band have catered for a whole host of occasions, striving always to make the event extra special.
